Brunei Darussalam is one of the most ancient states in South East Asia. It is also one of the oldest Malay nations and one of the youngest independent country. Located on the third largest island in the world and occupies 1/3 of the island. Brunei has an equatorial climate that shines and rain all year round with an average temperature 28 degrees Celsius. 80% of Brunei is covered with tropical rainforest and from there it gets its tourism name of the 'The Green Jewel of Borneo' and with a tourism slogan of 'A Kingdom of Unexpected Treasure'.
Brunei official language is Malay but English is spoken widely. Brunei Darussalam is made up into four districts which is Brunei Muara, Tutong, Belait and Temburong. Bandar Seri Begawan is the capital city which is located in Brunei Muara District and it is also the central business district.
